Information Technology Department (ITD) also has disaster recovery at the Sonoma County facility located at 2615 Paulin Drive in Santa Rosa, CA, which includes equipment covered by this agreement. Other locations may need to be added as ITD continues to service more departments.

The County’s Enterprise system currently includes Dell EMC and HP storage systems and multiple models of Dell and HP servers. Additionally, more brands and types of equipment may be added to the inventory as assets reach the end of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
An extensive but not comprehensive (i.e., verified as complete and final) list of the County’s equipment and system components for which maintenance may be required is specified in the Bid Form of this RFQ. The Contract will ensure reliable, manufacturer-compliant enterprise computer equipment operation for the County of Alameda by minimizing system downtime, providing rapid maintenance and repair services, maintaining accurate equipment inventory and reporting, and supporting the continuous performance of the County’s enterprise IT infrastructure.
