SPWD Project #: Not Applicable TMCC Project #: 26-002 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-022 Estimated Cost Range: $150,000 to $250,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builders Risk, and an Installation Floater policy covering loss with damages to safety devices during installation will be required.
