UNR Project#: #26RNV03572 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-319 SPWD Project #: 26-B906 Estimated Cost Range: $45,000 to $145,000 Liquidated Damages: $200 per day Special Considerations: Perform work after dorm "Move Out" day to minimize shutdown impact. Coordinate exact date with UNR Construction Project Manager. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and an Equipment Floater will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Rigger's Liability will be required if a crane is used.
