Contact Person: Molly Routon 256.614.0002 office Service Frequency: General cleaning once per week Service Period: February 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 Scope of Work General cleaning services are required once a week at the Athens Field Office. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies and performing services in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Bid Requirements Suppliers must attend the required site visit with the contact person listed above prior to submitting a bid. Date and Time: January 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Suppliers must sign the sign-in sheet at the site visit as proof of attendance. Specifications for the janitorial service are available in the Documents section of the bid. Insurance Documentation: Bidders must attach proof of liability insurance to their bid submission. Itemized Quote: Each bid must include an itemized quote detailing: The monthly service amount of the estimated 4 cleanings per month, and A breakdown of services to be provided during each visit. Performance Expectations The vendor is expected to maintain a consistent and professional level of cleaning service throughout the contract period. Failure to provide satisfactory service may result in corrective action. Any service issues must be addressed promptly upon notification by the agency’s contact person. Billing & Payment Terms Payments will be made monthly in arrears. Monthly invoices must be submitted to: invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov Additional Information The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right to withhold an award based on budget limitations.
