The County of Rockland (“County”) is in need of an Accounting/Auditing Firm to provide Certified Public Accountant(s) to review the Financial Qualification Documents and Financial Statements of proposals received from respondents to the County’s Request for Proposal for Transit Management, Operations and Maintenance Services, and provide other financial review assistance as needed. Financial documents will be provided electronically to the Accounting Auditing/Firm. Each Bidder must document sufficient Financial Resources to show they have, or can obtain, sufficient financial resources to perform the contract, as required by 49 U.S.C. Section 5325(j)(2)(D), The proposed five-year contract Transit contract has an estimated value of $55 million dollars. Each Bidder is required to submit the following Financial Qualification documents and information with their Bid.
