    The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for interior painting at the Fairmount Library. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Fairmount Library, located at 3000 N Fairmount Street. The front doors to the Library will open at 9:00 AM. We will meet in Meeting Room A to go over general information about the bid.Then there will be time for contractors to take measurements, review the scope of work, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance as contractors are responsible for exact measurements. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
