The project includes comprehensive site preparation, the installation of a new groundwater well and irrigation system, and a dedicated grow-in and maintenance period. The project is located at: 7600 NW 50th Street, City of Lauderhill, FL. 33313. The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed Bids until 2:45 P.M. EST, June 08, 2026, through IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Bids submitted after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered. The full Statement of Work is available on and after May 14, 2026, via IonWave. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid may be submitted via the IonWave question tab.
