Humble ISD is accepting proposals for RFP2025-101H - Transportation-Fleet Repairs, Maintenance and Services-District Wide, on a recurring basis. The last date to submit responses on Transportation-Fleet Repairs, Maintenance and Services-District Wide RFPs will be February 12, 2029. If your company has already been awarded on previous RFP 2025-101 issued solicitations, you DO NOT need to respond to subsequent issues of the RFP. This proposal will be effective from award date through June 12, 2029, with automatic annual renewals, unless either party provides written notice not to renew. In accordance with Humble ISD policies and procedures, Humble ISD schools and/or departments are authorized to engage with "Approved Vendors" only. An Humble ISD Approved Vendor is one that has been authorized for use upon having met a set of pre-determined criteria through a formal procurement process and awarded a contract ("Contract", "Agreement", "Project", etc.) once recommendation has been approved by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees. The first step in obtaining Approved Vendor status is to respond to this solicitation and submit all required information and documentation. Upon completion of the RFP evaluation process and verification of compliance with Humble ISD's liability insurance requirements, vendors will be recommended to the Board of Trustees for contract award. Once the Humble ISD Board formally approves the selected vendor(s) for award, the Humble ISD Purchasing Department will issue a Notice of Award letter, affirming the award vendor(s) status as an Approved Vendor for this specific Request for Proposal.
