Currently, Clearspan is the provider of Zoom certificate management services for the University’s existing AudioCode MP 1288 ATAs. The contract related to those services will expire in September 2026. The University intends that the successful respondent to this bid will also be responsible for managing those certificates approximately September 2026 through the end of the current Zoom contract. The Zoom contract is set to expire in 2030, with the possibility of a three-year extension thereafter. The proposal should not include cables or racks, as those items are not in scope. Addendum 1 - 9/11/25: Added Answers to Questions (Questions and Answers - 9-11-2025) regarding clarifications of Lines 3 and 5 to the Attachments Tab. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFB while in process.
