    Addendum No. 1 Issued on 06.22.2026 Addendum No. 1 was issued on Monday, June 22, 2026 to announce that a non-mandatory site visit will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. (See updated MBID Attribute No. 20.) The site visit will begin at the Security Guard Desk at Moos Tower. (Technically the Security Guard desk is on floor 1 but it is one flight down from street level when coming from Washington Ave Ramp.) Presentation (PowerPoint slides) from the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Presentation 06.16.2026 **************************************************************************************************************** The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is soliciting proposals from companies who will provide Reverse Osmosis (RO) and De-ionized Water (DI) Tank Exchange Services for sixty-five (65) systems on three of the Twin Cities Campus Districts (East Bank, Health Sciences, and St. Paul). The services to consist of a supervised and responsive work force with the experience and ability to complete the job as required by the University of Minnesota. The awarded Contractor shall provide all activities required to complete the RO/DI Tank Exchange services as specified. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process. Before submitting questions about the RFP via the Questions Tab, read and review the Supplier Process and Information Attachment and ALL Attributes in the Attributes Tab, especially Background and Project Summary/Scope of Work. These provide valuable information and address frequently asked questions. Remember to submit your response, including attachments, early to allow time to correct errors. The submission deadline is a hard close. The system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions.
