    It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Blount County, TN Government, on behalf of Blount County Board of Education (Blount County Schools), to procure a contract for the renovation of Heritage High School (HHS) Theater as outlined in the documents of this bid invitation. There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:30 am EST on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Heritage High School, 3741 E. Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville, TN 37804 with a site walk-through to follow. Attendees to check-in at the School's Main Office. Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link.
