In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. This deadline should not be treated as the target date for submitting all inquiries. Copies of Solicitation Documents and Proposal Submission Solicitation documents are available for download from the online Bidding Portal. To download solicitation documents, upload bids and to submit questions online, vendors must be registered with the Bidding Portal.
