    Description

    The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Engineering Services for Various Projects. All proposals must be submitted electronically in pdf format. The Maximum Size per File is 100 MB and it is preferred that you attach one complete file; however, there is no limit to the number of files that can be attached. Proposals will be accepted online through the Town’s e-procurement system, until 11:00am (CT) on July 21, 2026, via this system. Any proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Please include a copy of the completed Town of Flower Mound Proposal Certification Form and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with your bid submittal. Additional instructions for preparing a response are provided within the attachment. Questions Deadline: July 7, 2026 at 12:00 pm (CT) After that day and time, no bidder questions will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town. All questions must be submitted in writing to Sabrina Zadow via email address purchasing@flowermound.gov There will not be a public bid opening, since this is awarded based on evaluation criteria as noted in the solicitation document. No other information will be released by the Town during the evaluation process or prior to vendor selection. Debriefing meetings will not be conducted after the evaluation process. The Town appreciates your interest and time to prepare a response.
