Please include a copy of the completed Town of Flower Mound Proposal Certification Form and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with your bid submittal. Additional instructions for preparing a response are provided within the attachment. Questions Deadline: July 7, 2026 at 12:00 pm (CT) After that day and time, no bidder questions will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town. All questions must be submitted in writing to Sabrina Zadow via email address purchasing@flowermound.gov There will not be a public bid opening, since this is awarded based on evaluation criteria as noted in the solicitation document. No other information will be released by the Town during the evaluation process or prior to vendor selection. Debriefing meetings will not be conducted after the evaluation process.
