Obviously we would not be able to acknowledge and include a signed copy in the physical copy of our bid that has shipped. Can you please advise how we should proceed asap? Staff are working diligently on providing responses to these questions and an addendum will be posted as soon as possible. Included in the addendum will be an extension to the solicitation to give potential bidder's the opportunity to review the city's responses to the questions, and make adjustments to their proposals if needed. Addendum can be shipped separately if necessary, but must arrive prior to the due date and time.
