The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is currently undergoing a curriculum revitalization process, which requires significant updates to our scheduling and clinical placement systems for CVM’s Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. CVM is seeking a SaaS solution that integrates student scheduling with clinical site management, onboarding workflows, and evaluation tracking, while maintaining secure and FERPA-compliant data access. We desire a vendor with a proven track record in academic healthcare or professional education, particularly veterinary or medical programs, and who can support a smooth transition while enhancing our ability to track outcomes, align curricular content, and manage complex scheduling needs.
