    Description

ESTABLISH A LIBRARY OF LICENSED, QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CONSULTANTS FOR VARIOUS CITY PROJECTS. --- Q&A --- Q1: Received via email 3/2/2026 The City's answers to some of the questions on IonWave seem to indicate an Addendum 3 will be released with further clarification of some unanswered questions. Some of those answers could significantly affect our response to this RFQ and so we would like to know when Addendum 3 will be released and in light of the closing date of this RFQ being under 4 days from now, will there be an extension to the due date to allow bidders to adjust their submittals in response to Addendum 3? A1: Addendum #3 has been issued with an extension to the due date. Question number 11 from addendum #3 is still pending. Submitted: 3/2/2026 05:48:05 PM (ET) Q2: On behalf of Kimley‑Horn, I am writing to inquire about the anticipated release date of the next addendum? I left a voicemail yesterday and wanted to follow up, as there are a few outstanding questions and the submittal deadline is approaching. A2: An extension to the due is being processed in anticipation of positing the addendum to answer questions. Submitted: 2/24/2026 12:45:50 PM (ET) Q3: On Page 29 #1), Surveying is included in the list of disciplines, but immediately following that list is a note saying "Please be advised the City is not qualifying surveyors (or subconsultants) in this library". The following #2 and #3 also list surveying services/functions and surveying is included in the Bidders Response Form on the chart on page 41 for selecting disciplines for which to be qualified to provide services. If an Engineering firm also has in-house survey capabilities, should those resumes and project experience be included in our response? A3: Question will be answered as part of addendum 3 to be posted Submitted: 2/17/2026 01:46:39 PM (ET) Q4: Will construction management and CEI services be included within the non-construction categories, or must firms submit separately under the Construction Management and CEI categories to be eligible for design project awards? A4: Question will be answered as part of addendum 3 to be posted Submitted: 2/17/2026 09:32:12 AM (ET) Q5: For proposals submitted across multiple categories using SF330 forms, some firms and key personnel may be included under more than one category. With respect to SF330 Section G, please clarify whether the City prefers Section G to be completed once and referenced across applicable categories, or completed separately for each category when the same firm or personnel are proposed. A5: Question will be answered as part of addendum 3 to be posted. Submitted: 2/17/2026 09:31:47 AM (ET)
