Currently there are two people who approve the newsletter: the NCTCOG Director of Aging Programs and the NCTCOG Executive Director. On average, it takes one to two business days for both to approve. 3.Is there a preference between iContact and Constant Contact, and are templates already established within the platform? Yes, templates are already created within both platforms. NCTCOG has been using iContact for the newsletter under this solicitation but also has a Constant Contact account. 4. Are there specific accessibility standards or internal guidelines beyond general screen-reader compatibility that should be followed? We’re working towards an April 2027 deadline in complying with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. 5.Are there existing benchmarks or KPIs for newsletter performance (e.g., open rates, engagement) that the selected vendor will be expected to support or improve?
