Airport Multipurpose Building - Phase II

The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled MAMMOTH YOSEMITE AIRPORT MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING PHASE 2: Friday, May 29, 2026 until 3pm on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

This project includes Construction work for Multipurpose Building with SRE Components including grading, drainage, paving of the access road and apron, hardscapes, marking, fencing, building and building foundations and floor slabs and building interior and exterior utilities.

The Engineer’s Estimate for the project will be made public at the time of bid opening.

  Each bid shall be accompanied by bidder's security in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond, in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid price, payable toTown of Mammoth Lakes, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
