    Bid Submission.  San Joaquin Delta Community College District (“District”) will accept electronically submitted bids through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/deltacollege up to but no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm for Almond and Vineyard Removal - Manteca Farm (“Project”) at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. For Bidders to submit and respond to the IFB all contractors must be registered as CUPCCAA Contractors with San Joaquin Delta College by using the link https://www.deltacollege.edu/california-uniform-public-construction-cost-account-act. Contractors that are DIR Registered with one or all of the following licenses C27 Landscaping Contractor, C49 Tree and Palm Contractor, and D19 Land Clearing Contractor. Bidders are solely responsible for on-time proposal submission to the securing online bid management system.
