    The Town of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of aluminum ornamental fencing along a roadway frontage area, in accordance with the Town’s Purchasing Policy and Procedures (Policy #FI413.067). The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 704 linear feet of black aluminum ornamental fence along the road frontage portion of St. Ann’s Cemetery, located at the corner of Middle Road and Railroad Street in Milton, Vermont. This replaces the fenceline that was reconfigured due to the Hourglass Project, and material specifications have been selected to align with unified development regulations. Fence Specifications • Height: 54 inches • Style: 3-rail, flush bottom • Color: Black The project also includes two (2) 10-foot and (2) 14-foot recessed double drive gates Gate Pricing Requirements Proposers shall provide separate pricing for the following gate options: 1. Flat top, flush bottom gates to match the fence style 2. Estate style gates consistent with preexisting similar cemetery fencing within the Town of Milton The existing St. Ann’s Cemetery overhead entrance sign shall remain and shall be incorporated into the proposed fence and gate design. All labor, materials, equipment, site preparation, and restoration required for a complete installation shall be included.
