QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS: To be qualified to bid, each Bidder must submit the required Pre-Qualification Information, and to have attended the Bidder's Tour before receiving an official copy of the Appendix D, Bid Proposal form from the Engineer for AML Project 86, Shirley Basin Phase 1, Access Road and Repository. The required Pre-Qualification Information includes all requests made within the Prequalification Packet attached to the Bid. Do not respond to the Pre-Qualification request directly on Public Purchase. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
