    Description

    The Project consists of all work, including design build services, and equipment and materials required for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system for the Animal Control Facility located at 200 Municipal Road in Waterbury, CT. The Animal Control Facility was built around 1999. The building’s roof area is approximately 5,600 SF, and consists of a shingle roof. There is also a side shed that requires the existing roof removed and replaced with asphalt shingles. The City requires a new high-quality durable roof with a 30-year warranty that will provide long-term trouble-free service for staff and users of the Animal Control Facility. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP at 12:00 p.m., May 18, 2026, outside of Animal Control Facility, 200 Municipal Rd, Waterbury, Connecticut. THOSE NOT ATTENDING THE SESSION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
