Deliveries will be made to job sites within the City limits of Warner Robins, Georgia, with the only exception being approximately five (5) miles West of Bullard, Georgia in Twiggs County off Highway 129 and Robins Air Force Base. Deliveries must be made within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of order. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
