    The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal necessary to perform annual vegetation management and fuel hazard reduction services on City-owned open space parcels in accordance with Fire Department standards and inspection requirements.All assigned work shall be completed within the annual treatment window unless otherwise authorized by the Fire Department.Work shall be assigned in accordance with the award structure described in Section IV.
