Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide Appliance Decommissioning and Recycling Services as detailed in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The term of this contract will be July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option for three (3) one-year renewals.

Interested parties must deliver 2 paper copies (one original and one copy), double-sided. The maximum number of pages shall not exceed 15 double-sided sheets (excluding attachments and exhibits) in font size 11pt or larger.
The hard copies shall be received by mail or submitted to Public Works prior to April 29, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Proposals shall be in a sealed package clearly marked "RSW2026-3 Appliance Decommissioning and Recycling Services” and addressed as follows:
