Project Description: This project will consist of limited renovation of the pool area and a 1,303 square foot addition to the mechanical equipment room. Scope of work includes site work, concrete foundations, stud framing with brick veneer, asphalt shingle roof with vented nail base system, gutters and downspouts, H.M. Doors and frames, high performance paint systems, gypsum ceilings, mechanical systems relocation and modifications, lighting and electrical. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, starting at the WLRC Administration Building, 300 Circle Drive, Lander, WY 82520. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 3, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 5, 2026. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 3, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. March 12, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
