• A. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL (required) —

  Please upload the Technical Proposal as a single PDF and organized as outlined in Section 5.1(A) of the solicitation.

• B. PRICE PROPOSAL (required) —

  Please upload a single PDF that includes all requirements outlined in Section 5.1 (B) of the solicitation. 

• Volume One: Technical Proposal (required) —

  Please upload your complete vendor response, with the exception of the Cost Proposal.

• Volume Two: Price Proposal (must be submitted separately) (required) —

  Please select the type of solicitation this is. If it's an RFP, it will include areas for the Vendor to upload their response. If it's a Bid, it will remove that, and just leave an area for them to upload forms and respond to a pricing table.
