Haskell is partnering with the Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Carrizo System Expansion, a key infrastructure project supporting long-term water supply for rapidly growingcommunities along the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio.The project includes expansion of the Carrizo Water Treatment Plant, new wellfield connections, construction of a transmission pipeline and expansion of the BoosterPump Station. We are seeking qualified subcontractors and vendors to support delivery of this critical regional infrastructure investment.  Haskell will be providing an overview of the project at this meeting.
