The Housing Authority of the County of Merced (Authority) is soliciting Quotes for As-needed Material Testing Services. The Authority is seeking quotes from contractors in good standing and whom are appropriately licensed with the California State Licensing Board (CSLB) and hold all the required training qualifications as required with California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), California Air Resources Board (CARB), local Air Pollution Districts (APCDs) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations and industry standards. Awarded contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required work as detailed within the Scope of Work (SOW). It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to understand prevailing wages and current regulations in order to provide a complete and accurate proposal. The purpose of this QSP is to enter into a Master Agreement with one or more contractors as supports the Authority’s needs. This QSP is being issued, as well any addenda, by the Authority.
