The bid documents will be available at Roller Reprographic Services, 11907 Market Street, North Lima, Ohio, 330-549-0377, www.rollerreprographics.com, where bidders may access their on-line plan room or purchase printed sets at the actual cost being charged by the printer per each set. No electronic submissions will be accepted. Fully completed Bid Forms must be sealed, enclosed and addressed to the Board of Ashtabula County Commissioners, Attn: Lisa Hawkins, Clerk, at the above address, and clearly marked Ashtabula County Commissioners New Employee Parking Lot A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the project site, 23 West Satin Street, Jefferson, OH 44047. Bidders may attend to hear project details and scope. Bid documents will be reviewed at this meeting. All questions must be emailed to Dennis Bowman at dennis@fbengineeringinc.com, by 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 19, 2026; responses will be issued no less than 3 days prior to the bid deadline. Each bid must be in strict compliance with all the Instructions to Bidders to be considered for contract award.
