    The City of Davenport, Iowa is currently accepting bids for the emulsified oil used as tack coat for the pothole crews and asphalt paving crew, and for the asphalt binder used to make hot mix asphalt for pothole crews and Pro-Patch units. There are separate bid items for these materials for the regular construction season (from the date of the award through 30 November 2026), and for a second period from 01 December 2026 through 31 March 2027; each supplier may bid on the materials for one or both periods and a separate contract will be awarded to the winning bidder for each term. The pricing submitted in the bid for each period shall remain in effect throughout the contract term.
