    This Design-Build project consists of demolition, hazardous material mitigation, design, and construction of a new Asphalt Plant No. 1 – Phase 2 Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) plant facility on a 40,631.40 square feet site area at 25th Street and Harriet Street to provide additional processing, storage, and operational space increasing the overall RAP production capabilities.
