    The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to secure assessment SAAS that measures achievement and growth that can be given at multiple points throughout the school year. This assessment must also be able to track growth from year to year as students move throughout the sequence of their courses. This RFP is also being issued under Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (SAVE) purchasing cooperative language to allow for others in need of these type of services, especially in this region, to contract for these services.

       The District’s evaluation of the assessment program proposed by offeror.  The assessment tools functionality, ease of use for enduser, data reporting, and compatibility with District systems.  30 Possible Points



    • Qualifications of the Offeror (20 pts)

      Qualifications of the Offeror to provide the District with these services for the required period of time, provide appropriate staffing, provide necessary resources and show a history of demonstrated competence.  Evaluation of any offeror required contract/agreement where Terms and Conditions conflict with the Terms and Conditions of this RFP.  20 Possible Points

    Q (Award Date): What is the anticipated award date?

    A: If the evaluation team is ready we will award at our May 4th Board meeting. It will be awarded by May 18, 2026 at the latest.


    Q (Grades): What grade levels is this assessment solution for?

    A: K-12


    Q (Contract Duration): What is the contract duration (base + renewal years)?

    A: It will be for an ititial one year term with up to 4 additional one year terms. The initial term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The final year would be July 1, 2030 through June 30, 2031


    Q (Federal Funding): Will this contract be federally funded?

    A: Yes


    Q (Customized Assessments): Could the District please provide additional clarification on the scope and expectations of the requirement “Ability to create customized assessments”, including what level of customization is intended?

    A: If your software allows for the creation of customized assessments then please elaborate. Example: Some assessment softwares have the ability for a teacher created assessment.


    Q (Login Credentials): We understand that embedded URLs or references to external content will not be evaluated. Given that the District is requiring digital login credentials, could you please confirm whether providing a link to the demo practice assessment is acceptable?

    Q (Scope of Work): Based on our review of the RFP, could the District please confirm whether it is seeking assessment solutions for Math only, or if ELA and Science assessments are also included within the scope? If ELA and Science are included, could the District please provide the anticipated enrollment numbers for ELA and Science, respectively?

    A: PUSD is specifically looking for Math, ELA and Science.


    Q (Pricing): For the pricing proposal, should respondents provide pricing for Year 1 only? Additionally, is the District interested in a cost proposal covering the full potential five‑year contract term?
