Athletic Sponsorship

Mesa Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a comprehensive sponsorship and rebate program in support of our district wide athletic programs.

The selected vendor will implement a structured rebate process tied to qualifying purchases, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely distribution of funds back to our athletic programs. Proposals must clearly outline the vendor’s methodology for tracking purchases, validating eligibility, and reporting rebate activity.

Types of Partnerships Requested

Rebate Program: The District earns a percentage, points or credit with every purchase, which are then redeemed as detailed in the vendor's proposal.

Sponsorship: In relation to purchases made from vendor, vendor in-kind items including, but not limited to uniforms, apparel, shoes, equipment, banners, signage, etc.

Special Note Regarding Vendor Response Submittals: The District requires all proposals to include firm, fixed percentage discounts off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). These discounts must apply to sports uniforms, equipment, apparel, name brands, and related items. It is understood that the MSRP may change annually, but the committed percentage discount must remain unchanged throughout this potential five-year contract. Your response shall include a detailed explanation of how the District's purchases directly relate to your proposed sponsorship and/or rebate program. Additionally responses must clearly indicate all shipping and handling charges, all custom logo/ decoration charges and any additional charges that may apply under this contract. Please submit your response using your company's own format and letterhead.
