AUDIOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS, SERVICES & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Purpose of Proposal:  

The Board of Education is soliciting request for proposals (RFP’s) for the purpose of entering into contract for Audiological Evaluations, Services & Technical Assistance.

1. To secure Audiological Evaluations for children who are educated in Passaic public and nonpublic schools located in the City of Passaic. Services are to be provided on an as needed basis due to medical necessity for students.

2. To secure Technical Assistance to staff members utilizing the FM Systems for students as required by student IEPs or 504 plans.
