NY Creates is seeking a responsive and responsible firm to provide annual financial statement auditing services and annual tax filing review for NY Creates, Fuller Road Management Corporation and Fort Schuyler Management Corporation. The selected qualified and experienced firm will be expected to perform the following: (a) an annual audit of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; (b) review of, and assistance with, NY Creates, FRMC’s and FSMC’s IRS Form 990 Information Return and associated federal or state filings; (c) tax advisory services and other management advisory services, upon request; (d) audit/diligence support for NY Creates. The selected firm will provide appropriate support for NY Creates to address audit and tax questions raised by the IRS or other groups carrying out diligence.
