The purpose of the AUP is to evaluate the accuracy of funds reported on the project(s) Statement of Receipts and Expenditures and compliance with the Restoration Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, and other relevant documentation as referenced in the Scope of Work. Companies are not eligible to perform the audit if they have performed or are performing accounting or consulting services for BP Exploration & Production Inc., BP p.l.c., BP Corporation North America Inc., or any parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, or any entities/persons identified in Appendix 7 of the Consent Decree referenced in the Scope of Work of the Contract.
