The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on the behalf of the Texas State Natural Resource Trustee agencies (which are TCEQ, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), and the Texas General Land Office (GLO), collectively as Texas Trustees), is soliciting responses from qualified firmsof certified public accountants to conduct an Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagementof the Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR) funds. Trustee Council includes all trustees, not just the Texas Trustees. The AUP covers NRDAR funds received by the Texas Trustees as a result of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill for the period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025. The purpose of the AUP is to evaluate the accuracy of funds reported on the project(s) Statement of Receipts and Expenditures and compliance with the Restoration Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, and other relevant documentation as referenced in the Scope of Work.   Companies are not eligible to perform the audit if they have performed or are performing accounting or consulting services for BP Exploration & Production Inc., BP p.l.c., BP Corporation North America Inc., or any parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, or any entities/persons identified in Appendix 7 of the Consent Decree referenced in the Scope of Work of the Contract.          DO NOT SUBMIT PROPOSAL TO EMAIL ADDRESS.  FOLLOW SEND PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS.
