The City of Cape Canaveral is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants for audit services. The City is interested in contracting with one (1) qualified firm to provide audit services. Audit services to include, but are not limited to, the professional services of a Certified Public Accountant for the provision of financial and compliance audits as required pursuant to Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, as amended and the preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. It is anticipated an Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years that may be extended at the option of the City for additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of the parties.
