AUMA Actuators, Parts and Service

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement with CS3 LLC DBA CS3 WATERWORKS for the provision of AUMA actuators, parts and service.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by AUMA to sell these products/services to the County.

Background

Per correspondence from AUMA dated March 2,2026, CS3 Waterworks is an exclusive authorized sales and service center for AUMA actuators within the state of Florida.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the AUMA actuators, parts and services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.
