    This request is to procure a contractor to work collaboratively with MSDE and Autism Waiver stakeholders to examine the updated draft AW LOC instrument; identify gaps in the assessment, administration process, and scoring of the instrument with consistency; modify and operationalize questions, scales, ratings to ensure reliability and validity across multiple age ranges and developmental levels of children and young adults with ASD; conduct pilot testing; develop a user manual and training materials with a knowledge measure that can be used to train new assessors; and train assessors to ensure standardized administration and implementation. Additionally, develop methodology to link LOC scores and identified needs to AW services and POC hour determinations; make recommendations for improved POC development; and develop rubric and training with MSDE staff.
