    Lincoln Electric System is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting a vendor to provide an end-to-end Automatic Vehicle Locating (AVL) system, including the AVL hardware for purchase or lease and a multi-functional web-based management/viewing console, LES invites you to submit a proposal. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Service/Consulting Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form, and 3) Completed Confidentiality and Security Agreement Form 790. WINNING BIDDER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE LB1300 CERTIFICATION
