The State of Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) intends to enter in a contract or contracts to purchase automobile diagnostic solutions on an as-needed basis. The State has identified a number of OEM specific diagnostic software tools and related hardware required to perform ongoing diagnostic work critical to MNDOT’s mission. The State will not consider substitutes for the software titles listed in that attachment. Responses to this RFP will only be accepted via the SWIFT Vendor Portal. Late responses will not be accepted. Responders should carefully examine the RFP and make certain they have a clear understanding of the requirements of the specified dates.
