FWISD reserves the right to publish supplemental proposals to add additional vendors. If you have responded to and have been awarded on a previous bid with the bid number 21-079-X, your award(s) will still be valid until their expiration date, 06/30/2026. If you wish to continue to do business with the Fort Worth Independent School District after that date, YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS BID. --- Q&A --- Q1: Do we know when bids typically go out for school spirit wear or PE Clothes? T-shirts, Hats, Hoodies, Etc? A1: Clothing/apparel and physical education clothing are published on separate bids as previous contracts expire or as the district determines a need. FWISD does not publish a list of upcoming bids, but recommends monitoring our bid list for any new opportunities. I am a new vendor to Fort Worth and want to make sure there are no sample prices required for submittal. I did include my catalog website for current pricing.
