    Description

    SUNY Fredonia is seeking qualifications of engineering firms to place on Backdrop Term Agreements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services for a period of three (3) years, non-renewable. It is the intent of SUNY Fredonia to hire a total of three (3) MEP engineering firms to perform design services for multiple MEP projects. SUNY Fredonia is seeking the services of professional engineering consulting firms to perform study, design, and construction phase administration for repair, renovations, modifications, and reconfigurations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection, and data/communications systems to be performed on campus buildings and grounds. Individual projects will be identified throughout the term of this agreement. Most are anticipated, but not necessarily limited to small projects from $20,000 to $150,000 in construction value. The majority of projects are expected to focus on minor critical maintenance such as repair and replacement of equipment or systems. Projects to reconfigure or upgrade equipment or systems to improve operations to upgrade facilities in order to meet changing programmatic needs may also be included. There will be no mailing of the SUNY RFQ document. Interested consultants will receive the RFQ document electronically. There will be No pre-submission meeting held for this procurement. Interested consultants should submit in writing their request for RFQ document. Please submit this request to the Facilities Planning Office via email to: kessler@fredonia.edu. Upon receipt of the request, consultants will be provided a copy of the RFQ electronically only.
