    The intent of this contract is to award a contract for backflow device testing and repair for various locations throughout the City of Irving. There are approximately 300 backflow devices requiring testing annually. Contractor will be given groupings of backflow devices to test throughout the year. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
