    Description

    The City of Leesburg is seeking to secure the services of a Florida-licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC) or Certified Building Contractor (CBC) to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of approximately 680 linear feet of 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the north side of the Baker Street right-of-way in accordance with the solicitation.

    The project limits extend from 1114 Baker Street to Dixie Avenue within the City of Leesburg, Lake County, Florida. Work shall include, but is not limited to, sidewalk installation, associated grading, crosswalk construction, and installation of ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps.

    All improvements shall be designed and constructed in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

    This project is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
