The awarded Contractor shall supply the using department(s) and the Purchasing Division with their Current Catalog including List Prices. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to furnish new catalogs as they become available. This Bid is for the Utilities Department with the understanding that other City departments may utilize this Bid, if a need arises. Each department will issue a separate blanket purchase order, as needed, for the fiscal year.
