The NYS Office of Mental Health is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) qualified vendors to submit bids on our Decentralization Project at our St Lawrence Psychiatric Center Located at 1 Chimney Point Dr, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. The Scope of Work is located in Section 1. Scope of Work of the IFB 25-125 document. Interested Vendors should review the IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than May 15, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 27th, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by June 1st, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 4th, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
