Work shall be completed in accordance with all applicable project plans, specifications, and permit requirements. Mandatory Site Tour (Pre-Bid Conference): April 28, 2026 (Tuesday) at 1:00 pm Location: Del Mar Parking Lot Restroom The restroom at this parking lot is located at the end of Ocean Avenue, adjacent to Carmel Beach.
