    Bethlehem Housing Authority will receive sealed bids, for renovating 20 apartments at the Parkridge family development until Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM at which time all bids will be electronically opened. Contractors shall submit bids electronically on the PennBid site.A satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
